Is there something you are unhappy with?

Don’t feel your concerns are being heard?

 

Whilst we hope this will not be the case for anyone, we want you to have all the information you need to help get your concerns heard. Therefore please follow the steps below to make a complaint should you feel this is necessary.

Step 1 – Firstly we would encourage you to speak to a member of the management team.  We would like to offer support as far as possible in resolving the concerns you may have. You can approach us in the setting, call us on 01952 567756 or e-mail us at Katy.Humpage@taw.org.uk. Please ask for Katy
